Dave is the Director of Benefits Administration and is responsible for ongoing operations and client management.

Dave has a long history of translating business, service, and operational acumen into elegant solutions that improve organizational effectiveness and profitability from vision to execution. Dave bases his leadership style on the tenet of ‘people first’. Great teams produce great results and marrying best in class client service and solutions with highly engaged teams is a passion.

Dave brings 20 years of experience in the Benefits Administration and Business Process Services industries, previously holding senior management roles with SEB Administrative Services Inc. and Aon.

Aamir Mian

Senior Vice President, Benefits Administration and Technology (Green Shield Holdings Inc.)

As the Senior Vice President, Benefits Administration and Technology Aamir is responsible for expanding Green Shield Holdings Inc. (GSH) distribution channels and administration products and services. He leads the CWI team directing strategy, sales, and operations.

Aamir has over 20 years of benefits management experience, most recently with ADP Canada where he was Group Vice President, Human Resources Outsourcing. Prior to that, he held senior positions at Conduent (Xerox), Aon Hewitt, and Morneau Shepell. Aamir continues to dedicate himself to building great teams, establishing deep client relationships, and delivering best-in-class client-centric administrative solutions.

Todd Roy

Director, Benefits Administration Implementation Services

Todd is the Director of the Benefits Administration Implementation Services and is responsible for overseeing all phases of CWI Benefits Administration client implementations.

Todd provides leadership to our implementation team, ensuring that implementations are completed on time, with high quality, and that they exceed our clients' expectations. Todd also works closely with our development team to drive feature enhancements and add to the extensive features already within iBenefits.

With over 20 years of benefits administration experience, Todd continues to dedicate himself to delivering exceptional results for our clients. Prior to joining CWI, Todd held implementation roles at ADP and Alight Solutions. Todd graduated from Ryerson University with
a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.

Alexander Puchkov

Development Manager

Alexander is a Development Manager who is responsible for enterprise applications development. He leads and coordinates the CWI technologists and business development professionals to enhance CWI’s current software capabilities, develop new applications, and create more intuitive and powerful web interfaces.

Alex’s technical skills range from C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, JavaScript, TypeScript, AngularJS, to Knockout and more.

With over ten years in a lead developer role, Alex continues to innovate and create new enhancements for CWI’s flagship software, Vital Objects. Alex is a Microsoft Certified Professional Specialist (MCPS), Technology Specialist for .NET Framework and web applications (MCTS), and Solutions Developer for Web Applications (MCSD).

Kris Briegmann

Senior Full Stack Developer

Kris is Computer Workware’s Senior Full Stack Developer, responsible for front-end and back-end application development and is deeply involved in all as pects of CWI’s software solutions — design, User Interface, development, deployment, and support. Kris also manages critical client change requests.

An expert in employee group benefits, Kris has a wide range of experience developing software for benefits administrators. He also fluent in C#, SQL, AS P.NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML & CSS, Git, Octopus, and TeamCity.

Richard Southcott

Senior Full Stack Developer

Richard is our Senior Full Stack Developer who is responsible for building and designing the Vital Objects user interface and features.

Richard and the development team collaborate to create and improve CWI’s scalable benefits administration software and to ensure that software addresses the evolving requirements of CWI’s clients.

As an expert full stack developer, Richard leverages his in-depth knowledge of multiple development languages: C#, VB, and Java; web-based technologies such as ASP.NET, MVC, and VBScript; front-end technologies such as JavaScript, jQuery, and TypeScript); database technologies (SQL) and development methodologies (waterfall, agile, scrum).

Richard’s experience spans 10+ years of applications development within the financial and benefits industries.

JM Gonzalez

Senior Full Stack Developer

JM’s field of expertise as Senior Full Stack Developer is in custom software development at CWI, specializing in Microsoft technology, with over ten years of experience in programming ASP.NET web applications.

JM holds certifications as a Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate, web applications (MCSA) Solutions Developer, App Builder and web applications (MCSD), and Technology Specialist (MCTS). He boasts advanced skills in HTML5 programming, JavaScript and CSS3.

Susan Higgins

Client Advocacy Manager

Susan works closely with clients to ensure they receive the maximum benefits from the full range of capabilities of our software platforms.

With over 20 years of experience working with large and small insurance companies and associations, She has extensive knowledge of employee group benefits and CWI’s flagship software, Vital Objects and its cloud-based counterpart, iBenefits.

Susan conducts a wide range of onsite and remote training for CWI clients. For upgrades and new installations, she also delivers detailed onboarding training to ensure clients fully understand and can fully utilize all the benefits of the CWI solution.

A graduate of the University of Toronto with an Honors Degree in English Language and Literature, Susan also holds a technical writing accreditation from Humber College.

Jean Leonor

Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

Jean has more than 13 years of experience as Programmer/Analyst and Quality assurance in Information Technology industry.

She is a certified tester issued by Canadian Software Testing Board and she has an extensive knowledge in variety of ERP software in multiple industries .

Before she joined CWI, she worked as QA Analyst for a manufacturing software in Ontario. She was also a developer working with various companies on customized software solution.

She has a good knowledge of supply chain and financial modules/operations.
