iBenefits member portal allows diverse customization, but the configuration can be quite complicated. We are happy to introduce our new service to help you set up iBenefits' portal including the Employer portal and the landing page.

Basic Plan

For Non-Flex plans where the member portal is used by members to

  • View their current benefits, dependents, and beneficiaries
  • Member events are not enabled

    • Advanced Plan

    For Non-Flex plans where the member portal is used by members to

  • View their current benefits and dependents/beneficiaries
  • Complete life events (excluding open enrolment) - Member events are enabled.

    • Complete Plan

    For Flex plans where the portal configuration is more involved.

  • Enrollment Scripts
  • Member events including open enrollment - member events are enabled.
